Breakfast Point Country Club
Nestled in the heart of Breakfast Point, NSW, Breakfast Point Country Club offers a tranquil yet exclusive retreat that blends modern Western cuisine with a relaxed, resort-style atmosphere. Located at 72 Village Dr, this charming venue is more than just a dining spot; it provides a unique escape in the midst of Sydney’s hustle and bustle. Its blend of California-inspired design with hints of Eastern U.S. aesthetics creates a warm, inviting environment, making it an ideal destination for those seeking both a meal and a moment of relaxation.
The club offers a menu of modern Western dishes, each thoughtfully crafted to provide a fresh and enjoyable dining experience. The meals are delicious and made with high-quality ingredients, ensuring that every visit feels special. While the prices may be slightly above average, the quality of both the food and the setting justifies the cost. Breakfast Point Country Club is also known for its friendly service, with staff eager to provide a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere. However, as with many venues, staffing levels can occasionally be limited, which may lead to a slower pace at times.
For those who appreciate a little exclusivity, the location offers a more private and serene ambiance, making it a perfect retreat. However, the club's location can be a bit challenging for guests not residing in the area, limiting frequent visits for some. Despite this, the overall experience is well worth the journey, particularly for those who can take advantage of the peaceful surroundings.
While the club does emphasize COVID-19 safety protocols, including electronic check-ins and temperature checks, it ensures that guests feel secure and comfortable during their time there. The club's atmosphere, coupled with its culinary delights, makes it a great choice for anyone seeking a moment of indulgence and relaxation in Sydney's vibrant landscape.
Breakfast Point Country Club Reviews
Amazing food, atmosphere and staff. Just not very accessible to guests who aren't living in the area which is a shame, we would go more frequently if it was.
Resort in the middle of Sydney! A combination of California with a hint of the eastern states in the US. The club is reasonably priced. Meals are modern western. Service is friendly, but as a sign of times, there aren't enough staff about. Everything is pre paid at the counter. Covid protocols are strictly enforced, including electronic signing in and temperature checking.
Our friends took us here for Valentines Day 2025, the ambience was beautiful and the views over the water were stunning. I sat where there was a view of Centrepoint tower and watched as the lights came on over the city. The night started with an appetiser of bruschetta which was yummy. We had a 3 course set menu with two choices each course. My partner for entree had the scallop in pasta which we did not quite understand as it was a slice of scallop which appeared to be ceviche put into pasta that was lukewarm. The other entree was a terrine which was okay. Mains were nice which were linguine with prawns and scallops, though a few more scallops could have been had. The other main was peppered lamb. We all agreed the dessert plate to share between 2 was the dish of the day. We had a bottle of French champagne and a bottle of Chardonnay from the Hunter Valley which were delicious and very well priced. The table was beautifully set up and our waiter Mark was attentive and friendly.
Had a lovely afternoon with friends. We had a lovely table where we could hear each other overlooking the river. Our food was lovely and well priced. Can’t wait till I get to go again.
The food was delicious. We got the burrito and the Buddha bowl. The service and atmosphere were great too.
Peaceful and elegant place to visit. Food exceptionally good and great coffee. Will definatly visit again.
My girlfriend and I celebrated our birthdays at High Tea here last month. A BIG thank you to Corrine for making it so special. Everything was beautiful, from the tea selection, to the food, as well as the ambiance and table decorations. It was really special. We would do it again in a heartbeat! Adding to the above review, we have just had dinner at the Club last night (Friday) for the first time with friends and absolutely loved it! Hats off to the chef for the spectacular display of food and beautiful flavours, definitely made with TLC :) Service is warm and friendly and the live entertainment makes it a very special night. Thank you Country Club team for an amazing experience. We'll be back!
